What Are We Looking For:-

We are looking out for a dynamic person for the position of Inside Sales Executive with experience in handling international markets within IT services industry. We believe that this position plays a crucial role in initiating and nurturing relationships with international clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning the company’s offerings. The executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients.


As a inside sales executive your responsibilities will be:

A. Market Research: Conduct thorough global market research in IT services industry to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, cultural nuances, competitor landscapes, and potential opportunities. Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry to engage in informed conversations with prospects.

B. Prospecting and lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify international leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies for specific international markets.

C. One should know to utilize various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry forums, to identify and qualify leads.

D. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company’s products/services and assess their needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.

E. Email Outreach: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage with prospects. Craft compelling and personalized email content to initiate conversations and build interest in our products/services.

F. Qualification of leads: Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of the prospect’s business needs. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

G. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track progress, document conversations, and ensure data integrity.

H. Followup and Nurturing: Implement follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with potential clients. Build and nurture relationships over time, understanding the prospect’s timeline and needs.

I. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, and strategies. Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.

Qualifications Required:-

As an Inside Sales Executive, the required qualifications and skills are:-

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of atleast 3 years as inside sales executive within the IT services industry with a focus on international markets preferably in a B2B market.
  3. In-depth knowledge of international IT trends, technologies, and client expectations.
  4. Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  7. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  9. Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection.
    10.Effective cold calling and phone communication skills, and experience in using portals like CallHippo, etc.
    11.Proficiency in email outreach and crafting compelling messages.
    12.Strong organizational and time management skills.
    13.Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data.
    14.Adaptability and ability to quickly learn and understand new industries.
    15.Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
    16.Knowledge of basic sales principles and techniques.
