Technical Lead – Python/MEAN/MERN Stack

Innovatily is looking to hire a Technical Lead specializing in Data Applications and technologies such as Python, MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js), or MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Your role will be pivotal in implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for data-centric applications.

Your Responsibilities :-

1.Technology Expertise :

• Possess strong expertise in data-related technologies, including databases, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data application development and cross-cutting technologies.
• Strong hands on in python

2.Solution Development :

• Lead in the development of data-centric applications, utilizing the Python, MEAN Stack, or MERN Stack technologies.
• Provide guidance to development teams regarding architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and technologies.
• Own up entire solution and take to completion, adhering to timelines.

3.Performance Optimization :

• Analyse system performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify areas for improvement in terms of scalability, efficiency, and response times.
• Conduct code reviews and performance tuning exercises to enhance application performance.

4.Technical Leadership :

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the team’s skills.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience of minimum 10 years as Technical Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of data-related technologies, including databases, data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js), and/or MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and coding best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data-related services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Knowledge of air flows is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
